Cost: $35 ($5 discount for cash payment=$30) Medicare B, Security Blue, Freedom Blue, UPMC For You, UPMC For Life (Medicare Specialty Only), Gateway Medicare Assured accepted.
Pneumonia shots available for $35 or covered by Medicare.
