VNA, Western Pennsylvania Family of Services is committed to “Optimizing Health and Independence.” As an outreach to the community we serve, we have several nurse managed wellness clinics and blood pressure clinics available to residents free of charge. In addition to these, we also have learning information and tools that are available through our website and several parish nurse programs in the community.
