Quality

The VNA Family of Services, Western Pennsylvania, is dedicated to providing superior customer service and excellent care to our patients and clients. The agency utilizes a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program to review processes and issues in accordance with The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission has recognized the VNA’s commitment to quality since 1985 and we continue to be evaluated by this quality organization on a triennial basis.
