Founded in 1965 as a volunteer, community-based nonprofit home health care organization, VNA is dedicated to providing care to patients of all ages regardless of their ability to pay.

However, our commitment to assist those in need depends upon the support of the community we serve. We are humbled on a daily basis by the generosity which has allowed us to continue our mission of caring.

How You Can Help

If donating through the Combined Federal Campaign, VNA's CFC Code number is 45380.

Every gift, no matter the amount, is important. If you would like to make a donation, you may choose how your contribution is used:

The VNA Unrestricted Fund helps us to provide vital home health services to those without adequate health insurance or the financial means to pay for care. All general gifts to VNA will be placed in this fund.

Under the direction of the VNA Board of Directors, the Restricted Endowment Fund may be used to provide pro bono care or to implement new programs that will enhance our service to the community.

Under the direction of the VNA Board of Directors, the Designated Endowment Fund may be used for the development of new programs or capital projects that will augment our service to the community.

VNA Inpatient Hospice.  The $2 million Legacy for Life capital campaign supports VNA Inpatient Hospice, which provides short-term, 24-hour intensive care for patients with life-limiting conditions who are experiencing acute symptoms. You may also make a special request for your donation to support a specific service, such as hospice or the home telemonitoring program.

Donor Recognition

All donors are acknowledged with a personal letter from our organization as well as inclusion in our annual report. You may also designate your gift in honor or in memory of another individual, and we will be happy to notify those you select of your contribution.

Individuals making annual contributions totaling $100 or more will be recognized as members of our VNA Chairman's Circle for their ongoing financial commitment to the organization.
