Privacy Statement

VNA takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. In order to provide care, VNA must collect, create and maintain health information about our patients. However, we have established policies to guard against unnecessary disclosure of this information.

In accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule , which ensures the confidentiality of patients’ personal medical information, VNA has appointed a Privacy Officer to implement our processes as well as to address any request or formal complaint. The Privacy Officer may be contacted at 1-877-862-6659 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
