Health and Wellness Information

VNA is committed to optimizing health and independence. As an outreach to the community we serve, we have several nurse managed wellness clinics and blood pressure clinics available to residents free of charge. In addition to these, we also have learning information and tools that are available through our website and several parish nurse programs in the community.

The following documents offer helpful advice and general guidelines intended to promote improved overall wellness and independence among individuals in our community.

If you need more in-depth medical advice, please consult your physician, or call VNA’s Customer Center toll free at 1-877-862-6659 to speak with one of our knowledgeable home care experts about your particular situation.

Please note that to view these documents, you will need Adobe® Reader® software, which is available free online.
