For those who rely on medical equipment and supplies, VNA takes the hassle out of obtaining and reordering these important items.
Taking a holistic approach, our specialists work closely with patients, their caregivers and physicians to develop recommendations based upon a thorough evaluation of the patient's diagnosis, plan of care and home environment. We work directly with Medicare and other health insurance providers to determine coverage eligibility and handle third-party billing.
Equipment and supplies are always delivered promptly by our skilled, reliable technicians, who also handle set-up, testing and ongoing maintenance as needed. For patients who use vital equipment such as oxygen therapy or CPAP machines, a respiratory therapist follows up within 48 hours of delivery to perform a comprehensive clinical assessment, offer customer fitting when appropriate and ensure that the equipment is being used properly. In addiiton, VNA nurses and therapists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any questions the patient or their caregiver may have.
