If you have a loved one who needs ongoing medical care and supervision, VNA’s skilled nursing care services offer an alternative to placement in a nursing home or assisted living facility that allows your loved one to continue living independently while receiving the highest quality of care.
Our in-home nursing services are also available on a short-term basis for mothers and newborns as well as individuals who are recuperating from surgery.
Our RNs and LPNs provide comprehensive and coordinated in-home medical care that includes:

- Wound care and dressing
- Medication and injection management
- IV management
- Drawing lab work
- Pre-surgery preparation
- Post-operative care
- Nutritional counseling
- Patient education
Under the direction of the patient’s physician, our nurses provide individualized care that is tailored to each patient’s needs and abilities. We also offer specialized programs designed for patients who are living with congestive heart failure , diabetes and cancer .
